Our caregivers are W-2 employees who care for one client at a time, in that client’s own home, never a facility floor. Some caregivers care for two clients in a week, at different times. You’ll be matched to clients by fit, trained on paid shadow shifts, and supported by a co-owner with over 25 years of caregiving experience. We’re a family-run company in Mesa, small and growing, so caregivers who start with us now grow with us as new clients come in.
