Sonoran Comfort First is a family-run home care company in Mesa. We are small, we are growing, and the caregivers who start with us now grow with us as new clients come in.
Saturday and Sunday split shifts, mornings and evenings, about 21 hours a week, $18 to $20 an hour depending on experience. If you can cover part of the split, we are open to that too. Every caregiver we interview is also interviewed for our roster, and roster caregivers are the first ones we call when a new client comes in.
Our caregivers are W-2 employees who care for one client at a time, in that client’s own home, never a facility floor. Some caregivers care for two clients in a week, at different times. You’ll be matched to clients by fit, trained on paid shadow shifts, and supported by a co-owner with over 25 years of caregiving experience. Nothing on this list has to be finished before you apply. We verify cards and certificates after a conditional offer, before your first shift.
