A family-run home care company in Mesa, built by a caregiver who believed families deserved better than a rotating cast of strangers.
At Sonoran Comfort First Home Care, we believe compassionate care belongs where people feel safest and most comfortable — at home.
Rosalinda Brock has worked in caregiving and senior support for over 25 years. Through years of caring for seniors both in facilities and inside clients' homes, she saw firsthand how much families struggle trying to balance safety, dignity, independence, and peace of mind for their loved ones.
Most seniors no longer want to live in facilities if they can safely remain at home. That understanding is what inspired Sonoran Comfort First Home Care.
Our mission is simple: to provide reliable, compassionate in-home care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent while giving families peace of mind.
Sonoran Comfort First Home Care is locally owned and operated by Reginald and Rosalinda Brock — Reggie leads the business and outreach, and Rosalinda leads the caregiving team. Reggie works with every new family himself, from the first call to the caregiver match. Rosalinda trains every new caregiver herself before her first solo shift.
Rosalinda brings more than 25 years of caregiving and senior-support experience, in care facilities and inside clients’ homes. Together, they created the company to provide dependable, compassionate care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
“I’ve worked as a caregiver and CNA for over 25 years. In that time I’ve learned that what clients want the most is comfort, care, compassion, and company. So with my wonderful husband’s help I left my job to start a place where I felt I could bring that to people, confidently, and where it matters most, their own homes.” — Rosalinda Brock, Owner
“I watched my wife pour herself into caregiving jobs that never gave her time to actually care — too many clients, too little time. I know business, she knows people. So we started this company to put the care back in caregiving — because comfort comes first. That’s not just our name.” — Reginald Brock, Owner
It’s how we turn our motto — Comfort. Care. Confidence. — into something you can count on at every visit. Every caregiver we train learns the same simple standard.
Care starts with listening, not a checklist. We learn routines, preferences, and the little things that matter before anything else.
On time, every time — and fully focused on your loved one while we’re there.
We’re guests in someone’s life. We treat every home like our own: tidy, careful, and considerate.
Clear, honest communication with the family — because confidence comes from knowing what’s happening.
